Enjoy Dining in a Prominent Place in History.
Guests of Eagle Nest will enjoy breakfast and dinner in our main lodge. The historic building you see today was built on top of original foundation belonging to a building used during the North West Fur Trade. It is safe to say that furs were traded 200 to 300 years ago in that exact location.
Breakfast
A hearty Canadian breakfast is served each morning following your coffee delivery. Eggs, French toast, Eggs Benedict, Waffles, Pancakes and Omelettes are enjoyed or you can opt for something lighter. Fruit and a hot cereal is available by choice or indulge in both!
Dinner
Prepared by our very talented chef Rolly G, guest start off with a soup or salad then move onto the main course. Favorites include: Prime Rib, Chicken, Duxelle, Beef Tenderloin, Braised Short Rib, BBQ Ribs, Seafood Pasta and Stuffed Pork Tenderloin. Each morning your server will give you the choice between our featured meal or the daily alternative Baked Salmon.
Dessert
Remember to save room for dessert. With tremendous culinary skills in the kitchen, guests end each day with something sweet. You can expect Pavlova with lemon curd, Orange creamsicle parfait, Carrot cake, Cheesecake, Brownies, Creme brulee, and Pecan pie. Great food is a huge part of the Eagle Nest experience.
