Deposit Policy

• 50% deposit required to hold your dates
• Cancellations outside of 60 days receive a full credit extended to 1 year - (less 10% administrative fee)
• Cancellations within 60 days - Deposits are non-refundable
• Check or credit card (3% fee) accepted
  

Payment Policy

• Number in group must be finalized 2 weeks in advance for invoicing
• Payment due before departure
• Cash or check is accepted
• Credit card (3% fee) accepted on site
