It was so much fun driving the guys back to the Winnipeg Airport yesterday. They were reliving all the special moments they experienced while staying at the Lodge. It is clear that they had a ball. From all accounts it sounds like it will go down as perhaps the best trip yet. It's also clear that the service level certainly exceeded expectations. Your staff is so well trained, so friendly and so genuinely interested in the care and comfort of your guests that it is a real testament to how well you run your business. All of us are connected to the service and hospitality industry and you will be pleased to know that we could find no short coming in the service anywhere...and these guys know good from bad. Well done. Thank you again for having us and showing us such a great time. I don't know if the guys can be talked into an every other year affair or not, but you make my job easier that's for sure.
