We cannot thank you enough for the wonderful time we had at your resort! First of all, your coordination of all of the moving parts was amazing. Even with all of the last minute changes and hiccups...everything was prepared and ready to go. Probably the most important aspect was the performance of your Team. The courtesies was superior customer service from the Dining Room staff and your Guides exceeded expectations. We were truly impressed. Finally, the shore lunches were amazing to watch...but more amazing to eat. We enjoyed ourselves to the maximum. The stories we were able to bring back to share, and the pictures to go along with them created a lasting memory for everyone. Your resort was beautiful, well run, and a pleasure to stay at. Truly, we cannot wait to come back.
