Fred, JoAnne, Jessica and all of the Eagle Nest Team, It was 1998 when my dad and I had our first life long dream of a Canadian fishing experience. Through lesser available means of research we had at the time compared to today, we ended up giving Eagle Nest Resort a try by chance. Our experience went above our expectations and wanted to be sure to add my brother Joe to our new annual fishing trip to Canada. I do have to tell you something that I hope you won't be upset about. We did kind of cheat a little on Eagle Nest the first few years. Even though we still made our annual trips to Eagle Nest, I felt we just had to check other places out to be sure we are not just assuming Eagle Nest is so great because we had nothing to compare. The results of our other resort experiences quickly brought us back to where we realized we needed to spend our time together which was unanimously decided upon to be Eagle Nest Resort. This past year, on our 15th anniversary of making the trip to Eagle Nest, I decided to add my 6 year old son to the roster. Having known Eagle Nest, I was not concerned with his young age. Not only was Eagle Nest able to accommodate him, Harris also scored the largest walleye, northern pike and bass despite the hundreds of fish we all caught (Including 5 Master Anglers). Wouldn't be far off by saying a thousand fish between us for the trip?! Eagle Nest is truly a special place. The Pedruchny's are truly special people. Eagle Nest will remain our choice to annually visit for however many years we are blessed with being able to go..
